Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda and after completing all the formalities, you will be welcomed by your guide, who will then take you to your hotel. (Accommodation: Boma Guesthouse)
Day 2: Trip to Murchison Falls
After breakfast, you will begin your journey, driving from Kampala to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here, we will do a walking safari in this sanctuary that has been reintroduced for rhino tracking in Uganda.
In the afternoon, you will drive to the majestic Murchison Falls. (Accommodation: Murchison River Lodge)
Day 3: In Murchison Falls
After an early breakfast, we will embark on an adventurous safari through the beautiful savannah grasslands and Borassus palm trees, all the way to Lake Albert, from where the River Nile heads north.
You will explore the open African savannah in search of lions, leopards, hyenas, buffaloes, elephants, Jackson Hartebeest, oribis, waterbucks and Uganda Kobs.
You will also be enjoying the prolific sounds of various bird species such as the black-chested snake eagle, Tawny and Marshal Eagles Carmine, Swallow Tailed Bee-Eaters and much more. Day 4: Trip to Kibale
After breakfast, you will drive to Kibale National Park. Along the way, you will see many beautiful tea plantations. You will make a stopover at Fort Portal.
In the afternoon you will arrive at your accommodation, KIBALE FOREST CAMP.
Day 5: From Kibale to Queen Elizabeth
After breakfast, you will go for chimpanzee tracking and enjoy a wonderful experience in the forest in Kibale Forest.
Kibale Forest covers an area of 795 square kilometers. This National Park contains one of the most beautiful and varied rainforests in Uganda.
This forest is home to 13 species of primates including chimpanzees. The highest point of the Kibale Forest NP is at 1590 meters above sea level. After

Named after her majesty the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth NP is Uganda’s most popular and most scenic safaris reserve.
It extends from the foothills of the Rwenzori ranges in the north, along the shores of Lake Edward, to the remote Ishasha area in the south. (Accommodation: QUEEN ELIZABETH BUSH HOUSE)
Day 6: In Queen Elizabeth
Departure early in the morning. There are over 100 species of mammals including lions, hippos, buffaloes, leopards, spotted hyenas, elephants and elusive giant forest pigs in this park.
Queen Elizabeth National Park also has primates including chimpanzees, white and black colobus monkeys, blue and black faced Colobus, red-tailed monkeys and olive baboons.
Return to the lodge. In the afternoon, you will have a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel.

Day 7: From Queen Elizabeth to Ishasha Area
Start the day with an exciting early morning safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
In the afternoon, you will do a game drive in the Ishasha area, located in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth NP.
During your drive, you will search for the famous tree-climbing lions of Africa. (Accommodation: ENJOJO LODGE)
Day 8: To Bwindi
Departure to Bwindi National Park in the morning.
On you way to Bwindi, you will have an opportunity to do a game drive in the Ishasha Wilderness where the tree-climbing lions are found.

Among Africa’s national parks, Bwindi is best known for gorilla trekking. However, the park also provides shelter for elephants, chimpanzees, monkeys and several small antelopes, as well as 23 species of birds. (Accommodation: SILVERBACK LODGE)
Day 9: In Bwindi
This morning you will wake up very early and drive to Bwindi for gorilla trekking. Trekking Mountain Gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth.
The walk will take between 2 and 6 hours, but it’s worth the effort.
You will be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you the interesting facts about the wildlife and lifestyle of the gorillas in Uganda.
Instead of gorilla trekking today, you can hike to Munyaga waterfalls for about 3 hours while exploring the parts of the Bwindi Forest where the elephants live. (Accommodation: SILVERBACK LODGE)
Day 10: From Bwindi to Ruhengeri
After breakfast, you will drive to Rwanda, a country known as the “land of a thousand hills”.
Enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the way.
You will spend the night in Ruhengeri, visit the market and take a walk through the village, and visit traditional healer if you like. (Accommodation: LA PALM HOTEL)
Day 11: Virunga – Lake Kivu
The volcanic mountain of “Virunga” is an impressive beauty of ancient volcanoes that rise almost 5000 meters, completely covered by the dense and green tropical jungle.
You have the option to choose an activity to undertake, including:
- A 3,711-meter high hike on Mountain Bisoke hike
- A visit to the famous gorilla researcher Dian Fossey’s tomb
- A visit to the golden monkeys.
In the afternoon, you will leave Ruhengeri and drive south to Gisenyi on Lake Kivu. Take a stroll through the fancy lakeside resort as well as the border post with DR Congo. (Accommodation: HAKUNA MATATA LODGE)
Day 12: Kigali
Today we will go to the capital of Rwanda, Kigali. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
Upon arrival in Kigali for a city tour, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center in the Gisozi suburb.
In the afternoon, we depart for the airport and you will take your flight back home. Night on board.
